CREALET at the Techtextil 2024

Innovations in the field of yarn feeders

The countdown is on: In just a few days, face-to-face meetings will once again be at the top of our agenda.

From 23 to 26 April 2024, we will be exhibiting at Techtextil in Frankfurt am Main.

At the leading international trade fair for technical textiles and functional clothing, we will be presenting our comprehensive range of warp yarn feeders for ribbon and wide weaving machines as well as warp knitting machines at the joint stand of the Swiss Textile Machinery Association in Hall 12.0, Stand B01.

Airbag, filter fabric, abrasive carrier

Our LT3 selvedge thread feeder is very popular and is used worldwide to avoid wavy edges, also known as flutter edges. These irregularities are particularly visible on loose fabrics, where the centre of the fabric is smooth while the edges appear wavy. We will be happy to inform you about the latest developments in this field.

Geotextiles

Geotextiles play an important role in the stabilisation and reinforcement of soil layers. Due to their low weft density, they are often woven from a creel or several warp beams. This optimises the utilisation of weaving machines and reduces production costs.

We specialise in feeding the warp threads from the creel or from several warp beams. For this purpose, we manufacture feed units that ensure the correct warp tension between the creel and weaving machine. For weaving with several warp beams, we offer customised warp beam frames including electronic warp thread feeders.

Sophisticated technical narrow textiles

The requirements for technical narrow textiles are becoming more and more demanding. In order to fulfil these requirements, it is becoming increasingly important to precisely control the required warp tension. This tension must be reproducible and of consistent quality over the entire warp length.

In addition, there are repeated calls for more efficient and cost-effective fabric production. This can be achieved by using warp beams with larger flange diameters.

However, this also requires appropriate warp let-off devices and warp beam creels. This is where our core expertise lies, which we are happy to make available to you.
