When weaving elastic tapes, the elongation performance is a critical parameter for the quality.
In order to meet this requirement, the warp tension of the elastic threads must be controlled very precisely.
Very sensitive load cell
To achieve this the warp tension is measured by very sensitive load cell. With a parameter setting that is tailored to these articles, the control system ensures perfect control of the warp tension.
Reproducibility of settings
The setpoint and actual value of the warp thread tension as well as the parameter values can be displayed on the control, which ensures a high reproducibility of the settings.
