Joint Presence

CREALET AG (Switzerland) and IQ-SPS GmbH (Germany) presented themselves at Techtextil 2015 in Frankfurt

CREALET and IQ-SPS can look back on a successful trade fair. The trade fair team returned from Techtextil with great optimism and many new contacts. The amount of visitors and their interest exceeded all our expectations. Techtextil has proven to be an optimal platform for establishing new contacts within the sector and for strengthening and expanding our position as a provider of solutions.

Benefits of the cooperation

crealet_stand_techtextil2015The benefits of the newly started cooperation with the two companies could be experienced by the customers who attended. For various projects, the joint discussions led to convincing concept proposals as well as the achievement of tremendous time savings and simplifications in the project phase.

The conversions of existing projectile weaving machines to larger weaving widths attracted a great deal of attention. Such enlargements are mainly used to manufacture PP and PES geotextiles, for separating and reinforcing within streets and rail construction.

For exactly these applications, CREALET is a regular partner for managing the supply of warp threads.

When weaving rough warp yarns, several warp beams are often arranged behind the weaving machine in order to achieve a longer service life of the machines. Sectional warp beams are also often used with large weaving widths, which must be equipped with electronic warp let-off devices.

Electronic warp feed

nl_crealet_iqsps_200x158_TAt our trade fair booth we also welcomed customers from ribbon weaving and warp-knitting, with whom we were able to discuss various interesting projects with.

The electronic supply of warp threads is crucial in many areas of textile productionfor ensuring consistent quality and process reliability, and is now also being discussed for the pultrusion processes for fibre-reinforced plastic profiles.

The trade fair booth was always well attended by both German and international guests. In addition to the long standing customers, we also welcomed many prospective customers and presented our comprehensive product portfolio to them. We were also able to establish highly-promising business contacts for future projects.
