Warp Beams on top of each other

Solution for an additional freestanding warp beam frame for two beams with electronic warp let-off system.

WARP BEAM FRAMES

OVERVIEW

When producing large quantities of fabric, such as conveyor belt fabrics, several warp beam frames can be used, each with two warp beams arranged one above the other.

This eliminates one warp beam in the weaving machine and creates space for a walkway between the warp beam frame and the weaving machine. This considerably improves accessibility to the weaving machine.

KEY ADVANTAGES

  • Longer weaving machine running time
  • More efficient production process
  • Higher fabric quality

MORE EFFICIENT AND BETTER FABRIC QUALITY

WWhen producing large quantities of fabric over long periods of time, where the warp beam is unwound quickly, distributing the warp threads over several warp beams can make the weaving process more efficient and economical.

Longer warp lengths result in longer running times of the weaving machine, reducing downtime and the number of warp beam changes. This helps to increase both productivity and competitiveness.
