Double Warp Beam Stand
Solution with 2×3 large beams on one double main warp frame.
AN EXAMPLE OF THIS SOLUTION FAMILY:
WARP BEAM FRAME IPC NARROW WEAVING
DESIGNED FOR WEAVING FROM MULTIPLE WARP BEAMS
OVERVIEW
Double warp beam frames, with two warp beams arranged side by side, provide the narrow weaving machine with 2 weaving heads, each with separate warps. This allows the creation of different patterns, ensures uniform tension and provides more precise yarn feeding, which improves the quality of the ribbons. This technique also increases flexibility and production efficiency.
This method is commonly used on weaving machines for the production of light to medium weight elastic and non-elastic tapes in all yarn qualities.
KEY ADVANTAGES
- Uniform and controlled warp thread tension
- Precise and easier setting of the required
warp tension - Ensuring consistent reproducibility
- Fabric and configuration storage
- Reduces downtimes of the weaving machine
- Higher fabric quality and efficiency of the
weaving machine
MORE EFFICIENT AND BETTER FABRIC QUALITY
In narrow weaving, the precise control of warp thread tension is becoming increasingly important. Especially for textiles used in safety critical sectors such as the automotive industry and medical technology, where manufacturing processes must be reliable and reproducible.
Electronic warp thread feeding not only improves product quality but also reduces machine strain and minimizes warp thread breakage. Additionally, it allows the use of multiple warp beams with larger disk diameters or wider designs, significantly increasing loom efficiency.
For fabrics produced in large quantities over extended periods, where standard warp beam sizes are quickly woven out, weaving of multiple warp beams can enhance efficiency and economically of the weaving process. Due to their robust construction, these frames offer high load-bearing capacity.
These advanced remote capabilities allow optimizations and fine-tuning to be carried out quickly and easily without interrupting production. Software updates and configuration adjustments can be seamlessly integrated, ensuring continuous quality improvement.
In summary, our control systems with industrial PCs and remote maintenance and online support functions offer optimized management of warp beams and warp yarn feeding. This results in increased productivity and reduced operating costs.
