OVERVIEW
The desired force can be entered on the control unit. The target and actual values are shown on the control unit display. It processes the signals transmitted by the force sensor and converts them for transmission to the cylinder.
The control behaviour can be adapted to the respective requirements using various parameters.

Die Software startet in der Hauptansicht und zeigt auf dem Touchscreen-Panel alle Kettbäume, die am System integriert sind.
Die Anordnung der Kettbäume kann frei gewählt werden.
Zur schnellen Übersicht der Zustände der Kettbäume wurden Farben gewählt, die eine gute visuelle Wahrnehmung gewährleisten.
Die SOLL- und IST-Werte der Kettfadenspannung sowie die Motorendrehzahl sind jederzeit ersichtlich.
Beim Erreichen einer frei wählbaren Toleranzgrenze der Kettfadenspannung wird ein Maschinenstopp ausgelöst.
Die zentrale Bedienung über den Touchscreen ist sehr übersichtlich und einfach verständlich.
Auto Mode
Im Auto Mode kann der SOLL-Wert der Kettfadenspannung eingestellt werden.
Während dem Webprozess werden die SOLL- und IST-Werte sowie die Motorendrehzahl graphisch dargestellt.
Manual Mode
Im Manual Mode kann die Kettspannung manuell gespannt oder gelöst werden. Damit dreht der Kettbaum vorwärts oder rückwärts.
Konfiguration Menü
Das Menü ist Passwortgeschützt. Hier können die Parameter der einzelnen Kettbäume definiert verändert werden.
