OVERVIEW

The desired force can be entered on the control unit. The target and actual values are shown on the control unit display. It processes the signals transmitted by the force sensor and converts them for transmission to the cylinder.

The control behaviour can be adapted to the respective requirements using various parameters.

CONSTANT WARP THREAD TENSION

Main Window
The software starts in the main view and shows all the warp beams that are integrated in the system on the touchscreen panel.

The arrangement of the warp beams can be freely selected.

Colors were chosen to provide a quick overview of the states of the warp beams and ensure good visual perception.

The TARGET and ACTUAL values of the warp thread tension and the motor speed are visible at all times.

When a freely selectable tolerance limit of the warp thread tension is reached, a machine stop is triggered.

The central operation via the touchscreen is very clear and easy to understand.

Auto Mode
The SET value of the warp thread tension can be set in Auto mode.

During the weaving process, the SET and ACTUAL values and the motor speed are displayed graphically.

Manual Mode
In manual mode, the warp tension can be tightened or loosened manually. This causes the warp beam to rotate forwards or backwards.

Configuration menu
The menu is password-protected. The parameters of the individual warp beams can be changed here.
