BLDC Control Unit
The BLDC warp let-off controller by CREALET is a compact intelligent drive for brushless DC motors.
AN EXAMPLE OF THIS SOLUTION FAMILY:
WARP LET-OFF CONTROL SYSTEMS
DESIGNED FOR CONSTANT WARP THREAD TENSION
OVERVIEW
The BLDC warp let-off control is used to control the warp tension of smaller warp beams, such as those used in ribbon weaving mills.
With the control one or two warp beams can be controlled. The “Linked Motion Control” concept is available for applications with more than two warp beams, whereby the individual BLDC controls are operated in a CANopen network.
A touch panel PC serves as an operating and display device. The warp beam system is visualized on the PC so that warp tensions of the individual warp beams are immediately visible. All necessary settings can be made directly on the BLDC control or on the Touch Panel PC.
KEY ADVANTAGES
- Reproducibility of production data
- Traceability of production and process data
- Visualization of the warp thread tension
- Easy to use
- Network compatible
- Torque Safety input (safety torque off)
CONSTANT WARP THREAD TENSION
The BLDC control is a Swiss product that was developed in a partnership. Comprehensive software ensures that the control can be adapted to a wide variety of customer needs. The use of new technologies and components form the central building blocks for this successful investment in the future.
This not only enables solutions for warp thread feeding, it can also be used for various winding and unwinding applications.
