The warp threads are guided to the measuring roller by two deflection rollers, measuring- and guide rollers are running in precise ball-bearings.
The measuring roller ensures constant tension measurement.
The load cells with high measurement accuracy and the freely selectable gain factor of the control generate optimal control signals for the regulation of the warp thread tension.
Different measuring widths are available depending on the application.
The sensor works perfectly in any installation position as long as the warp threads touch all three rollers from the full to the empty warp beam.
