The BLDC warp let-off control is used to control the warp tension of smaller warp beams, such as those used in ribbon weaving mills.
With the control one or two warp beams can be controlled. The “Linked Motion Control” concept is available for applications with more than two warp beams, whereby the individual BLDC controls are operated in a CANopen network.
A touch panel PC serves as an operating and display device. The warp beam system is visualized on the PC so that warp tensions of the individual warp beams are immediately visible. All necessary settings can be made directly on the BLDC control or on the Touch Panel PC.
CANopen interface
The BLDC control has a CANopen interface for networking with the production machines. Furthermore, the Ethernet2CAN gateway can enable simple and flexible access to the CAN network via PC.
Remote access and support
For additional optimization of the warp let-off settings, our specialists can be available with TeamViewer to support you.
