Weaving from creels with CREALET know-how
Creel weaving starts at the creel and ends when the warp threads reach the weaving station. That is why CREALET offers everything from a single source: versatile, convincing and customer-oriented. We advise and offer our partners creels including yarn brakes, yarn breakage monitoring and eyelet boards.
After passing through the eyelet board, the warp threads reach the infeed area of the CREALET warp feed unit, where they are again aligned parallel to the desired width by a reed or expansion comb, before being drawn into the weaving machine by the delivery roller at the desired weaving tension.
An additional warp stop motion can stop the weaving machine before broken threads reach the weaving machine. A compensating roller smoothes out tension peaks as the weaving machine starts up and acts as a warp thread store when weaving back is required. For easy access to the drop wires and healds, a catwalk is installed between the warp feed unit and the weaving machine.
Our service includes the design of the entire warp thread feed from creel to weaving machine. We specify the creel, the yarn brakes, the eyelet board, the inlet combs and the CRERALET warp feed unit.
