For our applications we are using different load cells. These components are not just used for tension control they can also be used for safety perspective.
Monitoring of tension makes good sense from a safety and productivity perspective in many areas of industry. In many processes it is essential to detect and prevent tension variation. We can assist you with standard roll- and pulley load cells as well as weighing load cells.
On the basis of our experience, we develop machines and devices in connection with web tension control that meet the individual requirements of the customers.
We also supply you the fitting weighing load cells for your machines or applications. If no suitable load cell is available for your application than please let us know your specifications so that we can discuss with you the further developments.

Applications:
To measure the tension on tapes, textiles paper, nylon, metallic laminates etc. etc.
Pulley load cells PR24
Nominal load: 10 – 500N
Applications:
Winding machines, unwinding machines, rotating machines, pulling machines and any applications that has to measure the pull on cables, ropes etc.
